This job oversees and coordinates related M&A projects to ensure they meet business goals for the Global Risk Management function.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
- Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.
- Develop and implement new programs that support objectives.
- Monitor projects and oversee project managers.
- Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop program budgets and plans.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
- Improve strategies with the marketing team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading integration planning & execution for corporate acquisitions
- Experience leading programs & projects related to Risk Management or Compliance functions
- Strong project management skills, including leadership and consensus building
- Hold Project Management Professional certification or equivalent
- Experience working in or liaising with the overall Integration Management Office to communicate significant development and required actions to Global Risk Management teams, as applicable
- Ability to work across multiple lines of business, leading large scale complex initiatives with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Operates with strong integrity with the ability to handle projects of a sensitive and confidential nature
- Ensure tracking of key risks, dependencies and activities identified during deal due diligence are appropriately captured and accounted for in during integration planning & execution
- Ability to credibly challenge solutions and ensure timely escalation of issues and concerns as and when appropriate
