In this position...
You’ll provide leadership and direction to a diverse workforce, including salary staff (Traffic, Security, and Inventory) and hourly employees.

Effectively manage Positive Employee relations, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and resolving labor-related issues.


What you'll do...


•Provide leadership and direction to a diverse workforce, including salary staff (Traffic, Security, and Inventory) and hourly employees.
•Develops “leaders as teachers” and prioritizes ongoing development and evaluation of employee performance to continually create high performing teams that deliver results for the Ford Motor Company •Develop salaried team thru training, coaching and mentoring.
•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting employee engagement and development.
•Effectively manage Positive Employee relations, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and resolving labor-related issues.


Stakeholder Management:•Build and maintain strong relationships with Ford Dealers, Parts Managers, Carriers, Supply Chain partners, Regional Hubs, and all corporate support functions.
•Serve as a key point of contact for communication and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
•Participate in national and local negotiations as required.


Safety & Compliance:•Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
•Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
•Manage and oversee the transportation and logistics of parts distribution.
Work with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and efficient transportation operations.



You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Proven experience leading a Parts Distribution Center• Extensive experience managing and leading facilities with demonstrated leadership abilities.• Extensive Distribution Operations experience in the Daily Parts Advantage (DPA) environment• Prior experience in Managing UAW facilities and/or UAW negotiations is required.
