Required Qualifications:


  • OR equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding & decent years of experience in administering, developing (writing code), deploying, customizing, tuning, and troubleshooting Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) environments and solutions with Dataverse, Dataverse for Teams and other data sources. Experience with other Low-Code/No – Code products and solutions is a plus.
  • Shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance practices, driving CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives, and ensuring compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, enhancing security, and fostering best practices across the organization.

  • Technical Certification:
    • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
    • Power Platform App Maker Associate (preferred)
    • Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (desired)
    • Power Platform Developer Associate (desired)
    • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (desired)
Responsibilities
  • Customer Centric: Customer Satisfaction:
    • Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
    • You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes.
  • Customer/Partner Insights:
    • Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
  • Resolution of Customer Blockers:
    • Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise.
    • Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments.
    • Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.
