The Vice President of Finance Technology will be responsible for spearheading the transformation of our finance systems and processes. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in finance technology, particularly with SAP S4, to drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value across the organization.
Job Description:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive finance technology strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Transformation Initiatives: Lead the transformation of finance processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of SAP S4.
- Finance Boundary Applications: Manage and support finance boundary applications, ensuring they integrate effectively with SAP S4 and other core systems.
- Supporting Projects: Support additional finance projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with overall finance technology strategy.
- System Operations: Oversee the operation and maintenance of finance systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for finance technology initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of finance technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in finance technology, leveraging SAP S4 capabilities to enhance business performance.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all finance technology initiatives comply with relevant regulations and standards, and effectively manage associated risks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance technology, with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives and implementing SAP S4.
