The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Product Manager - Integrations to help lead our integration strategy with partners and ERP systems. Being a B2B2C company, the role demands an understanding of both client and end user’s needs, an innovative problem solving approach, and a bias towards exceptional user experience. Collaboration, relationship-building, and communication are key aspects to being successful in this role.


Product Managers at Flywire like to win. You’ll be part of the team who is focused on identifying and building market leading integration solutions. In order to accomplish this, you will be responsible for the integration strategy and roadmap for current and future integrations, working with cross functional teams, developing technical documentation, helping to maintain current partner integrations, and more.   • Work closely with other Product Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand their integration needs and how those needs align with Flywire’s corporate goals and integration strategy
  • Build market intelligence by researching competitor offerings, industry trends, and higher education needs through working with clients, attending trade shows, and other research methods to inform the product roadmap
  • Work with our integrations and solutions teams to understand our current integration offerings and help transition maintenance of those integrations to Product and Engineering
  • Work with documentation and technical writers to deliver product documentation and training materials
  • Translate integration needs into detailed development specifications used to build integrations
  • Identify areas of improvement for our integrations and partners post-launch to ensure an iterative development process to drive competitive advantage, including new product integrations
  • Oversee the full Go-To-Market as lead business partner for all ongoing integration projects
  • Serve as the integrations knowledge expert for clients, internal stakeholders, clients, and partners..
  • Ensures Flywire has reliable and accessible expertise on each underlying system we integrate with, whether through internal resources or partnerships.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS software company
  • A driver and leader who can independently bring teams and resources together to create business value.
  • Deep understanding and experience with some key ERP systems (Tribal SITS, Workday, Thesis, Banner, PeopleSoft, Colleague, etc.)
  • Experience building and maintaining complex integrations from the technical or functional-tech side
  • Ability to articulate to all levels of the organization our integration needs, gaps, challenges, and strategy
  • Enjoys team building and works well with functional and as well as technical teams
  • Fluent in English and one other language (French or Spanish)
  • Humble - You do what’s best for the company, no politics, no ego

Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through the steps and be your “go-to” person for any questions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000-$138,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
