Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Supplier Management
As part of the Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) Data Product Manager Role, you’ll:
Design and build data products which will be used across the enterprise
Establish vision, strategy & success metrics for ESMs Data Products and be accountable for the full product lifecycle
Engage with users, business stakeholders & product partners to identify data needs, uses & its movement across ESM and the Enterprise
Create & maintain product roadmaps, in conjunction with the Senior Product Manager, and coordinate with teams for execution (Tech, Data Analysts, Designers, Business Stakeholders, Change Management)
Develop detailed product specifications, scenarios, acceptance criteria and success measures – like product instrumentation, data storage & movement, accessibility, usability via tools, and frequency
Manage & Prioritize Feature and story backlog within the pod to track development.
Support end-user go-live/launch activities as needed (end-user training, marketing collateral, and more)
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
Understanding of how data products solve for analytical and operational use cases
Significant experience applying analytical rigor to support technology decisions
A bias to action and a proven track record of shipping successful products which exceed user expectations
Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies and how they are used to empower developers and businesses to deliver great products
Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users
Strategic thinking and ability to effectively identify opportunities for growth in new businesses and markets
A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
Structured communication & storytelling skills who can explain complex data problems to all audiences

Transformational Leadership
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
