Sr. Commercial operation and Planning manager
Job DescriptionCommercial Operation Planning Leader involves overseeing and managing the planning and execution of commercial operations excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for leading and executing for SIOP process/deployment ride on demand planning excellence, working closely with the supply chain, marketing, and sales team for facilitating the planning process, identify the risk and opportunity, driving improvements to the process and aligning the final plan (AOP/RoFo/LV) by RBU and Channel.
- Co-work with CP & Commercial leadership on contract and related channel policy.
- Cooperate with Marketing and SCM for the product launch plan to ensure smooth phase in/out.
Operation:
- Lead operation excellence @channel to optimize business process.
- Iead planning quality and accuracy improvement, Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages by model mix in order to meeting market needs and reduce aging stock.
Tracking and Data Analysis:
- Tracking RBU/channel business progress/status by closely collaborate with product marketing/ sales/TSM, provide in time reports & sales data analysis with deeper insight.

You will base in Shanghai, reporting to COP and Channel Mgmt. leader, Personal Health, Greater China and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Factory etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MNC
- Single departmental problem within BG/ Markets / Function Thinking outside of the box to deliver breakthrough. Turnaround of Teams and Businesses
- Demonstrated experience and success in the management of different sales channels
- Change Management, empathy & Interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels
- High ethics and integrity, compliance orientation
- Fluent in English and native in Mandarin
