The key responsibilities include overseeing pre-production planning, scheduling crew and resources, handling production and post-production budgets, and ensuring compliance with health & safety guidelines. You’ll manage contractor onboarding and tenure, track timecards and invoices, and coordinate equipment rentals, engineering schedules, and vendor travel. • Manage all phases of production, including scheduling, budgeting, shoot logistics, and final wrap procedures.• Build and manage production budgets; track actuals, forecast costs, raise purchase orders, and report variances.• Manage crew scheduling, call sheets, studio bookings, and key production documents.• Coordinate engineering schedules in partnership with technical teams.• Ensure all elements of production adhere to Apple policies and health & safety protocols.• Partner with producers, directors, department heads and cross-functional partners to align on creative goals, timelines, and deliverables.• Process contractor timecards and vendor invoices, ensuring timely approval and compliance with company policies.• Liaise with finance and procurement teams on contractor and vendor engagements. • Lead hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of production contractors and freelancers.• Maintain a backfill roster for crew and post-production teams; oversee candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding logistics.• Manage contractor compliance, including NDAs, safety training, and certification tracking.• Track contractor tenure and ensure adherence to legal requirements.• Secure production equipment and rentals, coordinating across engineering, post, and photo teams.• Oversee on-set logistics including any catering needs, call times, and day-of troubleshooting.• Serve as a point of contact for vendor travel coordination and on-site visits.• Provide backup support for Scheduling Coordinator as needed.This is a site-based, in studio role. Some evening or weekend work may be required based on production needs.
