The Regulatory Compliance team is part of the Risk Consulting practice, which focuses on Life Sciences & Healthcare industries. You will be an integral member of our risk consulting team, and will spend most of your time providing Regulatory Compliance services to clients in the following areas: quality management, data integrity assessment, quality improvement, validation strategy, technology risk assessment, technology implementation and technology transformation.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 2-4 years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree and approximately 2+ years of related work experience
- Consulting experience in Life Sciences is desirable.
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Advanced written and presentational skills
- Strong leadership skills & experience in team management
- Experience with Laboratory & Quality Management Systems, Information Technology (IT) and/or Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience in people management, and solution design.
Ideally, you will also have
- Project management experience
- Practical laboratory experience and knowledge of lab techniques
- Knowledge of computer system validation and SAP validation
- An understanding of GxP best practices
- Quality risk management
- Experience with record keeping and change control management
