The Regulatory Compliance team is part of the Risk Consulting practice, which focuses on Life Sciences & Healthcare industries. You will be an integral member of our risk consulting team, and will spend most of your time providing Regulatory Compliance services to clients in the following areas: quality management, data integrity assessment, quality improvement, validation strategy, technology risk assessment, technology implementation and technology transformation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree and approximately 2-4 years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree and approximately 2+ years of related work experience
  • Consulting experience in Life Sciences is desirable.
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced written and presentational skills
  • Strong leadership skills & experience in team management
  • Experience with Laboratory & Quality Management Systems, Information Technology (IT) and/or Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Experience in people management, and solution design.

Ideally, you will also have

  • Project management experience
  • Practical laboratory experience and knowledge of lab techniques
  • Knowledge of computer system validation and SAP validation
  • An understanding of GxP best practices
  • Quality risk management
  • Experience with record keeping and change control management

  • Monitoring progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed
  • Understanding EY and its service lines and actively present ways to serve clients

  • Playing an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization
  • Provide constructive on-the-job feedback / coaching to the team members
  • Generating new business opportunities
