You’ll grow professionally with us as we rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity) from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You’ll be leading multidiscipline planning and design teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies.
Your relationships with our clients and communities in the South will support our growth with key and strategic pursuits of traditional planning and design projects as well as alternative delivery opportunities.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in related engineering or applicable discipline
- Progressively responsible Project Management experience with transportation projects and consulting
- Florida Professional Engineer PE license and ability to serve as Engineer of Record
- Previous experience with design of roadway/highway facilities and management of similar projects
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess written and oral communication skills is required
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local design guidelines including the FDOT Florida Design Manual (FDM) and Standard Plans
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Limited access, toll road, and interchange design experience
- Experience designing or managing design build projects
