As a Legal Operations Program Manager, you will work closely with legal, product, and engineering teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and implement technology solutions that drive efficiencies across the Legal organization. You will manage critical projects, influence operational improvements, and ensure alignment of legal operations with broader business objectives. You will also oversee technical systems, act as the primary contact for key operational work streams, and lead projects to drive operational change.
This position may be based in either Los Angeles or Los Gatos.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with legal teams to implement workflow and tooling solutions that streamline complex processes.
Lead process optimization and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data to drive business insights and ensure successful adoption.
Manage end-to-end project implementation, including documenting opportunities, creating implementation plans, and drafting communications and training materials.
Ensure alignment between the Legal department and technology partners (product and engineering teams) for successful project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks, developing strategies to manage or eliminate setbacks.
Create and track KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project/program management, legal operations, legal technology, or process improvement.
Experience leading technical projects and managing multiple stakeholders, particularly in collaboration with engineering teams.
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, and other solutions for streamlining legal workflows.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Experience leading and inspiring teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, engagement, and innovation.
Flair for operating in ambiguous situations and solving challenges efficiently.
Stellar attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects under pressing deadlines.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $130,000 - $380,000.
