The

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify opportunities.
  • Manage and plan accounts.
  • Negotiate and close.
  • Articulate and deliver value proposition.
  • Manage momentum through the sales cycle.
  • Establish rapport with customers.

COMPENSATION

  • Incentive eligible
  • Base range of $102,100 -$153,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8 plus years’ experience selling Building Automation Systems (Fire, HVAC, Security, Access Control, Etc.)
  • 10 years plus selling project-based solution sales.
  • 10 years’ Experience and proven track record in Contractor Project Sales
  • Experience with Direct to Owner Sales
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Project base solution selling experience.
