As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers through digital communication. You will own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
You will:
- Achieve targets by engaging new customers and selling the Dell Technologies range of products, third-party products and services using consultative selling techniques
- Grow the account / territory to maximum potential through cross-sell & strategically aligned business synergies
- Drive deeper engagement and understanding through territory & account planning
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
Essential Requirements
- 2 - 3 years sales experience
- Ability to articulate and communicate well
- Be able to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions
- Be driven and goal oriented
Desirable Requirements
- IT or TELCO sales experience
- Inside sales account management experience
