In this role, you will:
- Monitor and process time-sensitive life or safety, robbery, burglary, and other alarms that are routed to the Security Response Center in accordance with Wells Fargo security procedures
- Assist in obtaining the initial information for all reported events or incidents
- Perform work to meet service level agreements, deadlines, and goals within an open seating team environment
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions to more experienced staff
- Work collaboratively with Security Response Center representatives and management to process security-related alarm events
- Process electronic security alarms including, but not limited to, motion, panic, and communication alarms from Wells Fargo facilities
- Regularly receive and process time-sensitive phone calls regarding security emergencies, incidents, and security-related incidents
- Draft summaries of reported security events to be emailed to multiple levels of Wells Fargo risk mitigators and management personnel
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of private security, banking or corporate security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Call center experience demonstrated through work or military experience
- Experience in crisis management communications
- Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
- Basic knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures and handling emergency situations
Job Expectations:
- Physical presence at the assigned Security Response Center is required and each employe in this role must work onsite at the location posted or other assigned office
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
