A Day in the Life of an Associate Director, Strategy Delivery…
  • You will coordinate the development and implementation of strategic planning process
  • You will facilitate the horizon (1, 2 and 3) scanning process
  • You will co-ordinate the identification of business opportunities and mitigate strategic risks
  • You will own and manage the annual strategy and business planning process and agendas
  • You will embed the principles of strategic planning, Commercial Ways of Working and best practice across the Senior Leadership Team
  • You will engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally to support strategy delivery and execution
  • You will work with comms to ensure the business strategy and priorities are cascaded in a transparent and open manner that enable the organisation to engage and contribute their parts
  • You will lead the delivery of strategic / cross functional projects in a matrixed organisation by liaising with local business, Global IT and Digital delivery teams
  • You will establish KPIs, programme governance and metrics to monitor and track strategy execution
Are you...?
  • Passionate and curious about strategy, innovation, business performance and delivery?
  • Experienced in supporting leadership teams apply the 3 horizons framework (or similar)?
Do you have…?
  • Extensive experience (minimum of 5 years) of leading strategy development, implementation and strategic programmes?
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels?
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success?
  • Experience of project delivery in highly matrixed global organisation?
  • Global experience and cultural awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and matrixed organisations?
