A Day in the Life of an Associate Director, Customer Excellence…
  • You will be partnering with the business to define key customer groups, aligned to product requirements and our overall commercial strategy, and will define our value proposition and strategic imperatives for those customers.
  • You will drive implementation of a local customer-centric mindset and approaches, through developing and driving key customer related initiatives, sharing best practice and thought leadership
  • You will implement appropriate governance for customer experience initiatives which are delivered across the business, including tracking performance against plans and measuring KPIs and benefits
  • You will take a leadership role in coordinating insight sharing between functional teams
  • You will provide thought leadership on best practice and highlight priority areas and risks related to our customers.

Are you...?

  • Able to use data and insight to make informed decisions and act as subject matter expert ensuring customer centricity is brought into commercial decisions
  • Able to work collaboratively and with resilience to ensure that initiatives and programmes in pursuit of driving customer excellence are delivered effectively
  • Able to work to remove barriers to ensure continuous customer experience improvement

Do you have…?

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, building collaborative and effective relationships
  • Experience in creating and delivering innovative solutions and driving a cycle of continuous improvement
  • Experience in a customer facing role, or a deep understanding of customer drivers and best practice customer experience
  • Ideally, knowledge/experience of the UK healthcare market
