Job Description
  • Leverages established training programs and delivers a variety of training to employees within assigned business unit. May deliver stand-up classroom instruction.
  • Delivers moderately complex business or job-specific training to attain learning objectives and meet learners' needs. May partner with enterprise trainers to review or develop training materials.
  • Coordinates training materials, facilities and equipment within the business unit. Monitors participant progress and instructional program effectiveness.
  • Reviews training materials in relation to organizational needs, learners' backgrounds and course objectives to ensure consistency of quality and accuracy of content. Partners with enterprise training to modify training materials as appropriate.
  • Evaluates employees' learning performance and related improvements. Liaises with employees and trainers to facilitate learning activities.

Adult Education (Inactive), Change Management, Employee Coaching, Facilitation, Presenting to Groups, Process Improvements, Program Management, Training Needs Assessment, User Experience (UX) DesignAdult Learning: Theory and Practice, Coaching Others, Effective Communications, Live Instruction, Managing Multiple Priorities, Mediated Instruction, Storytelling, Training Programs ManagementRoles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.No Required Certification(s)No Required License(s)PNC offers a comprehensive range of benefits to help meet your needs now and in the future.
