You will report directly to our Sr Director Strategic Planning and you’ll work out of our Houston location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans (STRAP process)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organic and inorganic growth

• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape

• Prepare and present STRAP plans and updates to senior leadership

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
