Job Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Manage, Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as public web and banker channels.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Define key performance indicators to measure success, monitor metrics, and transform those into ongoing reporting that highlights insights, trends and actionable opportunities for improvement.
- Engage cross-functional teams, including product, design, channels and data and analytics to achieve stated goals.
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing and provide recommendations for enhancements based on insights gained.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 8+ years' experience in marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Digital Channels, and Data and Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, content management systems, SEO, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics).
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, preferably within the financial services industry and/or targeting small business owners.
- Advanced degree or certifications preferred .
