Asan Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inproviding administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operationof daily activities. You will assist with various tasks such as managingcalendars, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and handlingcorrespondence. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability tomultitask will be essential in this role. You will report directly to our team lead and you'll work out of our Baton Rouge, Louisianalocation on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our team byproviding reliable administrative support and contributing to the overallsuccess of our projects. • Manage calendars and scheduleappointments
• Coordinate and organize meetings,including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Prepare and edit documents,presentations, and reports
• Handle incoming and outgoingcorrespondence
• Maintain and update databases andfiling systems
• Assist with travel arrangements andexpense reports
• Provide general administrativesupport to the team
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
