Your responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with project related activities in SAP and other

in getting all required documentation and approvals for executing the project and in preparing all required documentation for invoicing

• or processing
• Manage material delivery follow-up as per the project priorities
• Work with subcontractors for activity coordination as per PM indications
• Create and coordinate Requisitions and Purchase Orders

Must have:

• You are under 29
• Previous experience in a similar role (administrative assistant, project management support etc.)
• Computer literate (Microsoft operating system, Outlook and Office suite)
• Knowledge of SAP system as a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to follow business processes and tasks, to organize multi-task and prioritize based on impact and importance
• Good communication, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of writing and spoken English & Italian
