Your responsibilities will include:
- Create, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide insights into performance trends, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Serve as strategic thought partner with Sales Leadership to define and execute the long-term sales strategy. Including identification and development of growth opportunities, sales team structure recommendations, and investment strategies.
- Propose strategy recommendations based on actionable analytics that drive sales performance while aligning to future commercial goals
- Lead long range planning and multi-year sales transformation strategies to drive efficiencies within both sales operations and the overall sales organization
- Identify process improvement opportunities, develop long term process solutions, train necessary teams/groups to execute updated process flows
- Develop and deliver presentations for senior and executive leadership
- Build strong collaborative relationships with cross functional departments such as marketing, finance, pricing & contracting, and training to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of related work experience in Sales Strategy/Operations, Finance, or Consulting.
- Experience applying statistical analysis to business and data modeling
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Tableau and Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal stakeholders
- Highly analytical with the ability to analyze large sets of data from multiple perspectives to generate conclusions and drive decisions
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Solution oriented mindset that is comfortable with fast pace in a rapidly changing industry
- Ability to travel 5-15% for events and meetings.

- Boston Scientific or medical device experience
