will be responsible for development and promotion of ОТС Branded products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market performance of ОТС Brands, Monitor competitive activities, regularly execute pricing monitoring; prepare regular performance reports + upon management requests
  • OTC Brand plan development and presentation to the management team
  • Forecast the demand for OTC brands together with analysts and sales team
  • Develop budget plan based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports
  • Plan and execute marketing activities for all the target audiences (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Chain managers, consumers, HCPs)
  • Plan, execute and monitor promotional programs for all the target audiences (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Chain managers, consumers, HCPs); develop promotional materials, presentational materials as well as supporting data in coordination with the related departments; manage and implement activities within the approved budget.
  • Develop plans for new products (incl. line extension) launching in coordination with related departments (Sales, Operations and Business Development). Regular Control of distribution level (ND, WD) accordance with distribution model.

Other Responsibilities

  • Alignment with company values and code of conduct

  • Initiate changes for processes improvement not waiting for request from a manager
  • Deliver presentations to management
  • Stay in touch with the market by doing regular field visits. Control of concept implementation
  • Control accurate and timely contact signing and payments
Your experience and qualifications
  • Higher education
  • 3-5 years’ overall experience in marketing of multinational FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical company
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with a big amount of data
  • Good time-management skills and multitasking
  • Great interpersonal and team working skills
  • Excellent influencing skills with a ‘make it happen’ attitude
  • Perfect knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel)
  • English proficiency
