Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short- & long-term business with the account for E2W based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation
- Coordinate efficient approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain team members at account
- Executes Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities to fulfill E2W business growth ambitions.
- Contributes to high CSL in cooperation with order desk and logistics based on joined customer forecast.
- Initiate and realize local or regional trade marketing actions and promotions based on the recommendations to stimulate sales-out and loyalty of customer and consumer
- Understand the impact he/she can create on the algoritms of Amazon and plan accordingly
- Define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in MNC in sales management, 3+ years in Key account management of Amazon
- Strategic Account Management & Planning
- Manage by influence and work effectively with cross functional teams
- Customer and Consumer centric attitude
- A team player that can both execute and take a helicopter view on the business
- Consultative Selling and Negotiating Skills
