Responsibilities:
Contribute new ideas to the team to challenge “the way it’s been done before”
Be curious about emerging technology and concepts like design thinking, agile project management, engaging marketing strategies
Keep track of your own progress with change deliverables in a fast paced environment, and provide relevant updates to internal team and leadership, when required
Build competencies as a Change Practitioner and serve as a champion for change across Commercial to help others deliver improvements that increase associate engagement and transfer knowledge
Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct change impact assessments, change plans, ideas and reasoning for behavior change, readiness, and associate experience
Track channel metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness, to identify resistance, performance gaps, and to enact action plans
Keep websites and documentation accurate and engaging for all audiences
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Change Management or Internal Communications
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with organizational change efforts
PROSCI certified
2+ years of experience with JIRA or other Agile software solutions
