General Responsibilities:
Process daily debit card exception transactions
Complete queue work for Debit Card Recurring transactions and Card Issue requests
Strong communication skills required to interact with internal partners
Monitor team mailbox for general debit card maintenance or research requests
Escalate process or system issues to leadership

Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
Ability to work in a team environment is a must
Good oral and written communication skills
Independent and self motivated worker
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in an operational role in the banking industry
