Director of Product Operations & COS
About the role:
Thought partnership & leadership:
- Directly support the SVP of Product & Design to maximize efficiencies across their organization.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, offering insights and recommendations on critical issues and decision-making.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the product organization.
- Provide oversight and accountability across projects and stakeholders. Demonstrate experience leading through change and transformation.
- Own the agenda, facilitation, and summaries of key leadership and team meetings.
Product operations & problem-solving:
- Oversee and enable execution of planned initiatives including product planning, road mapping, and reporting.
- Streamline and optimize operational processes within the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to enable the product leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.
- Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis of complex issues to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Communications
- Prepare presentations, and communications for executive meetings, board discussions, and external engagements.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on organizational activities, address inquiries and concerns, and solicit feedback on strategic initiatives and decisions.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Act as a conduit for information flow between different parts of the organization, ensuring that relevant updates, decisions, and insights are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- Share relevant documents, reports, and data insights with cross-functional teams to facilitate informed decision-making and alignment on shared goals and priorities.
Talent strategy
:- Partner with the People Success (Human Resources) team to execute the organization’s talent strategy, including job requisition planning, hiring, onboarding, and management.
About you:
- 12+ years of experience in a business management, product operations, consulting, and/or an executive role
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude and contributions as hands-on team player
- Passion for process optimization and teaming, specifically in the product and program management domains
- Demonstrable experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, from concept through execution
- Self-motivated and results-oriented leadership style
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness

The starting pay range for this position is $162,950.00-$267,695.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations. For further details, please discuss with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
