Modality Sales Leader (IGT-Systems) ASEAN

Your role:

Commercial leader of Image Guided Therapy Systems in ASEAN: SGMMP, Vietnam, Indonesia, responsible to drive growth in the business and sales and ensuring collaboration with the relevant modality specialist, clinical application specialist, Account Managers and Sales Organizations.

  • Responsible for OIT and sales for IGT-S ASEAN.
  • Lead in AOP discussion for IGT-S ASEAN
  • Work with districts team to achieve Equipment and Service annual targets, both Order Intake and Sales.
  • Leading a Team of Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and application specialist (CAS) for IGT Systems
  • Developing and executing strategic and tactical plans, by identifying new business opportunities and capturing, assessing and acting on win/loss analysis. Participate in the Monthly S&OP forecasting process as owner of the IGT Systems input, approve local pricing and support Commercial Policy escalations.
  • Supporting large/strategic deals in ASEAN (strategic accounts, Long Strategic Partnership opportunities), working with Districts and Solutions
  • Lead strategic activities with Framework contacts.
  • In collaboration with IGT-S BMM, identify and manage local KOLs and Reference sites in assigned territories.

You're the right fit if:

  • University degree and 10+ years of industry experience (therapy systems)
  • Able to analyze and develop insights of market trends and application to commercial strategy
  • In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry for ASEAN and experienced in public tenders
  • Has deep expert knowledge of company products and services in addition to relevant marketing and sales techniques.
  • Leads, coaches, directs and motivates the team towards a common goal, encourages diversity.
  • Skills in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders and leveraging capabilities: works across internal and external boundaries to maximize value for Philips through simple solutions.
  • Customer & Quality first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
