Daily Management Excellence
- Design, implement, and continuously improve daily management routines to ensure visibility of performance, rapid escalation of issues, and effective countermeasure implementation.
- Coach leaders and teams on performance dialogues, tiered accountability, and visual management to embed a culture of operational discipline
Problem-Solving Maturity
- Build organizational capability to solve problems at the right level, using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Facilitate development of problem-solving coaches and mentors across the business to achieve autonomy in continuous improvement.
Lean Deployment Leadership
- Develop and execute a long-term lean transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Facilitate kaizens, value stream mapping, and waste elimination projects with measurable and sustained impact.
AI & Digital Enablement for Excellence
- Identify and deploy AI-powered tools for process monitoring, predictive problem detection, and decision support.
- Use analytics and machine learning to enhance problem-solving effectiveness, forecast performance trends, and optimize resource allocation.
- Partner with digital teams to integrate AI into daily management systems for real-time operational insights.
Strategic and Operational Alignment
- Work with key stakeholders to align daily performance management with strategic objectives.
- Translate business goals into measurable KPIs and ensure effective governance to track progress.
Capability Building & Cultural Change
- Lead training, coaching, and mentoring efforts to strengthen operational excellence skills at all levels.
- Inspire engagement in lean and AI-enabled improvement as essential to business success.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 7 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar roles.
- Multi-industry and multi-function experience preferred; healthcare experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Lean certifications on Expert or Master level.
Core Competencies
- Proven track record in implementing and sustaining daily management systems.
- Strong facilitation skills for kaizens, problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional alignment.
- Demonstrated success in embedding lean culture and behaviors at all levels of the organization.
AI & Digital Skills
- Familiarity with AI concepts, data analytics, and process automation tools.
- Experience using digital dashboards, advanced analytics, or AI-powered problem-solving applications.
- Ability to translate operational needs into digital/AI solutions in partnership with technical teams.
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in business English.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to generate enthusiasm and commitment to operational excellence and AI adoption.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
