Your role: Must demonstrate competency & collaboration with cross functions for executing Site Planning,
Installation Planning, Implementation and Handing over of the respective modality projects.
He/She would take care of FCO management overseeing the activities of Ordering, Planning, Implementing and Reporting.
He/She would be responsible for PM Scheduling, Implementation & Reporting.Conducting modality review at regional level, keeping track of all delivery KPI’s with direct responsibility of material cost & Customer satisfaction / NPS.
He/She would also plan and coordinate Tools Movement for the respective modality. He / She has to own tools responsibility at regional level for all aspects (Movement, Calibration & upkeeping its records) For Critical customer escalation scenario need to provide timely onsite support (<48 Hrs)
Participation in critical installations would be the prime responsibility of the Modality Leader.
He/She would be the escalation point for Customer Complaints.
Image Quality Related activities for the modality would be handled by him/her.
To carryout site audits for bleeding / technically instable sites on proactive basis & to keep watch on high activity sites.
The Modality Leader will function as Local help-desk for the given modality and would coordinate with RSE / TSS / PPA.
He/She would track & identify generic product quality issues and bring to the notice of the higher management the Field Problems as and when they occur through Field Problem Reports / CFMS.
The responsibilities would also include verifying Sales Order for System Completeness and providing Demo Support to Sales(for US/MATC).
The Modality Leader would Assist in Spares Parts Planning for the modality in the country/region for ensuring healthy parts availability.
He/She would also Manage the Key Accounts for the respective modality in order to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
He/She would be responsible for maintaining uptime records.
He/She would provide competition information about the latest technological developments in the respective modality and the prevailing market condition to enable the organization to be competitive. [Market Intelligence]
The Modality Leader would impart Local Training & coach the regional team supporting the modality & also extend support to other regions.
