What A Typical Day Looks Like:

• Lead and manage innovation projects that enhance operational excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new ways of working and streamline processes.
• Be prepared to provide innovative solutions to operational challenges
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorm sessions aimed at innovating processes and solutions.
• Ability to work on projects from scratch/concept stage to drive the project to completion
• Drive projects, leverage project management skillsets to manage team projects
• Manage team of project managers and resources supporting similar activities across geographies
• Ensure steady project progress, resource allocation, people management
• Foster strong communication and collaboration skills to bring people together and drive project success across diverse teams and time zones.
• Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Work on process modeling and Concepts and be able to visualize and present this to Leaders in our Organization.
• Complete documentation and communication around compliance activities

The Experience we’re Looking to Add to The Team:

• 8+ years of experience in operations, engineering or production environments is essential, Preferably EMS industry.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree
• Experience of managing a team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Extreme comfort on advanced Microsoft office tools
• Introduction and basic knowledge on machine learning, AI and related IT concepts is preferred
• Familiarity with EMS industry and shop floor activities is preferred
• Basic to intermediate project management skills
• Strong social skills and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with team members at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required, with the ability to work across different time zones.
• An agile thinker who can approach challenges creatively and collaboratively.
• Strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently on multiple projects with great project time management.
