You will be leading a team of scientists working on machine learning, Large Language Model (LLM) and other generative technologies. You will be influencing the roadmaps of other Software Engineering and Product Management teams, to develop the next generation LLM-based evaluation solutions. You will take a central role in defining our experimental roadmap, sourcing training data, authoring annotation criteria and building automated benchmarks to continue to LLM-based CX experiences great.

- 3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics
- PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field
