Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.Travel is required within the territory you support. Travel can be up to two days per week or more as needed.Job Description
  • Consults on the design, implementation, and integration of organization-wide staffing, employee development, organizational design, and performance and change management programs and initiatives.
  • Assisting managers and employees with all human resources and employee relations issues.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of all HR policies, practices and processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Recommending areas of improvement to achieve and deliver higher quality services.
  • Partnering with business area managers in the development of solutions for employee related issues that affect business results.
  • Monitoring various HR trends within area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing reports from employee data. Presenting analysis and recommendations to managers and working to develop action plans for addressing identified HR issues.
