- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of program management and marketing experience in the education or related industries
- Creative and authentic storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and design skills in both Japanese and English
- History of building meaningful marketing programs and content with high impact
- Experience leading creatives and agencies
Preferred Qualifications
- MS/MA/MBA preferred but not conditional
- Strong ties to the ed-tech community and education leaders, and an understanding of the drivers of higher ed technology purchase decisions
- Experience building and leading projects and influencing cross-functional partners
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and very high standards of quality
- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines
- Openminded, patient listener and active participant
- Fluency in Apple technology
- Possess expert knowledge of competitive and third party products, software applications and market trends across consumer and education segments
- Flexibility to travel (up to 30% of the time)
- Excellent analytical skills
