Job Description

Fixed-Term Contract: 24 Months
Target Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in site internal audits, Regulatory audits and third party audits
• Provide support in compiling the PQRs annually.
• Generate KPI data for Monthly and Quarterly Meetings.
• Manage the Compilation of the QMR slide deck.
• Manage document Change Controls when required by the team.
• Support training as required.
• Support the timely closeout of quality records.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and cross-functionals.
• Maintain departmental metrics.
• Manage and maintain the Electronic Documentation Management System
• Support the timely release of equipment, utilities, facilities and computer systems following execution of test protocols
• Ensure compliance with EHS at all times, and actively participate in EHS activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory/company guidelines.
• Generation/ reporting of Key performance indicators for the group as required.
• Liaising with internal and external customers e.g., planning/ QA/ Regulatory Affairs etc.
• Keep colleagues informed of current issues and developments as appropriate.
• Carry out additional duties as deemed necessary by the Quality leader.
• Adhere to Operational Excellence within the QA Department

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Relevant Third Level Qualification Level 8/9 or higher
• An ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Openness to change and a proven ability to work on own initiative
