- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years previous experience implementing end-to-end sales performance management solutions, including system configuration, model building, data security, and reporting.
- Experience implementing enterprise-level applications for Sales Compensation Management (IBM Varicent, Xactly, Optymyze, etc.)
