Essential Functions
- Review business changes submitted to the PRISM program for accuracy and completeness while providing credible challenge to stakeholders
- Communicate effectively while building strong relationships with operations and compliance risk groups as well as business line risk groups, project owners, and senior management
- Initiate conversations and conduct meetings with program stakeholders to facilitate review of business changes
- Assist with the development and testing of the PRISM technology solution within Archer
- Analyze and interpret business change data captured during the PRISM review process
- Assist with program governance and ongoing program enhancement initiatives
- Contribute to stakeholder forums and respond to inquiries and feedback from program users
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
- Considerable understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
- Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environment and able to balance competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met
- Business Change Management experience preferred
- Merchant Services experience is preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience working within Archer eGRC applications is preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
