As a and Material Handling. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers
• Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions
• Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions
• Perform or assist with Mechanical and electrical installation or modification to Intelligrated and Legacy equipment.

• Modify, adjust, or develop robotic application code.
• Mark-up drawings (Red Line) with any updates or changes as required.
• Communicate issues, successes, and delays with the Customer, project manager, team members and regional management daily. This may include but not exclusive to Electronic Issue Reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel over 100% of the year
•
• Associate degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• 2+ years of leadership and mentoring skills
