Our Banking Operations team is a critical and strategic function of our activity, responsible for the smooth daily functioning of all financial transactions. The team consists of dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Monitoring bank transfers for accuracy, timing, and compliance.
• Processing returns efficiently.
• Collaborate daily with our banking providers to ensure high-level service, efficiency, and effective troubleshooting.
• Providing exceptional customer service in resolving transaction discrepancies

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Lead and motivate a Banking Operations Specialists team.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Monitor processes for handling returns, missing payments, and transaction discrepancies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and streamlining workflows.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing training and development opportunities.
• Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
• Monitor team performance, set goals, and track progress.
• Address team member concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and other departments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Report on team performance and operational metrics

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, finance, or FinTech
• Proven experience in management, leading and motivating a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
