Here is what you need to be successful:
Experience educating, onboarding, or supporting more technical roles such as product, tech, design or other technical talent or at a tech-forward organization
High level of initiative, ownership, and a customer-centric mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence partners
Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change, and deliver in a matrixed environment
Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and define the scope of instructional initiatives for maximum business impact
Partner with other Learning & Development professionals across the Enterprise to gain efficiencies, share best practices, and optimize how we interact
Leverage expertise in adult learning to create high-quality and engaging learning experiences
Ability to work with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality results on-time without compromising quality
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Training Design or at least 2 years of experience in Development Delivery or a combination
At least 1 year of experience with Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, or a combination of the three to create online or eLearning courseware
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in consulting/coaching in a corporate setting
2+ years of experience in project management
1+ year of Training Design and Development for digital modalities
1+ year of experience with mobile content creation/curation and delivery
1+ year of experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar)
1+ year of experience working with graphics tools including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar
1+ year of experience in project management
