What you can expect

  • Your position will beone of aRemote Service Engineerwhich ispart of a new team created toremotelysupport our IT-projectsatourhospital customersthroughout Europe in close collaboration with the local technical teams in the countries.

  • This team isa gatewaybetweencustomers, remote/onsiteengineers,and development.

  • Qualification, documentation,develop solutionsandescalationofcomplextechnicalinquiriesand problems from our internationalcustomers.

  • You communicate and coordinatethe solutions andtheirimplementations.

  • Technical installation and implementationof our software solutions as well as consulting and support for colleagues onsite

  • After extensive training you will create solutionsunder direct responsibility and aspart of a larger team

  • After training you will have thepossibilitytowork in an international environmentand become part of EMR&CM within the new Enterprise Informatics group

  • You will be an active part in customer projectsas well as internalproduct relatedprojects.

  • You willwork with local and international teamscomprisedofmainly CustomerProject Managers, Application Consultants and Technical Consultants

  • Hybrid type of work (min. 1x per week in our Warsaw office)

What we will expect

  • -/Bachelor’sdegreeor higherin (Medical)Informatics or similar

  • Advanced technical knowledge and experience in:

  • Windows Server

  • Windows SQL Server

  • T-SQL scripting

  • working

  • Windows PowerShell and / or Batch scripting

  • Experience in (medical) IT Supportpreferred.

  • / FHIR and similar

  • Medical device interfacing

  • ITIL v3or v4Foundationcertificationpreferred.

  • Advanced written communication and documentations skills

  • Customer first attitude

  • Structured andsolution-orientedwork methods also under time pressure

  • Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience.

  • Personal responsibility

  • Customer orientation

  • Good English skills necessary
