Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars
- Screen calls and prioritize information
- Coordinate logistics for meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel, organize offsite conferences and events
- Process invoices and expense claims
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
- Produce high-quality emails and messages
- Maintain organizational charts and executive bios
- Handle regular activities proactively
- Edit spreadsheets and presentations, lead ad hoc projects
- Collaborate with the administrative team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Advanced organizational skills
- Tact and judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level
- College degree is a plus
