What You'll Do

• Stakeholder Managment: Partner with hiring teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick-off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email)
• Data: Proactively assesses recruitment performance (e.g. offers report, time in stage, conversion rates)
• Analysis: Analyze data to generate insights and trends for hiring
• Closing: Closely aligns with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process
• Business Acumen: Understands candidate's skill set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team’s goals
• Assessment + Process: Partners with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g. knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.)
• Pipeline Management: Builds partnerships with students to build key talent segments to build ready now and future ready talent pipelines. Uses market insights and historic data to predict conversion rates and anticipated time to hire
• Actively participate in intern program activities to maintain candidate engagement and increase intern conversion

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing
• University recruiting experience, higher education, or career services experience a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Technically savvy, with iCIMS or other ATS experience preferred
