In your role as a Channel Sales Manager, you will lead, drive, manage, coach and develop a team of Territory Ecosystem Managers to consistently attain revenue, pipeline and profitability goals focusing on the Partner Led Territory. You will utilize management skills and training to achieve all sales and quality targets to scale our indirect business in ANZ.

As a people manager, you will focus on the success of your direct reports, and of all employees within the larger team. You will identify development opportunities and help team members achieve their goals. You will network with your extended team and share insights with your peer managers. You will seek opportunities to coach and recognise employees and provide real-time feedback.

Key to your success as a Channel Sales Manager will be to:

· Develop and implement sales strategies that will unlock net new opportunities through partners.

· Proactively manage the sales pipeline to attain individual and group goals.

· Assess the overall performance of the team with respect to the goals and revenue target.

· Participate in the recruitment, performance management, 1-to-1 training, and coaching of the Territory Ecosystem Managers (TEM).

· Work with the Channel Marketing, Partner Demand Management and TEMs to develop drive Partner Demand, Increase Indirect Revenue and Expand Market Reach.

· Support team in nurturing partner relationships as an executive sponsor for key partners.

· Proven extensive experience indirect sales and sales management.

· Extensive sales experience with business applications and/or IT solutions.

· Experience selling to C-level executives.

· Collaborative style and the ability to work in a matrixed organization with virtual teams.

· Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share.
