The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.Responsibilities include:• Manage and mentor a team of content creators in support of the Asset Management Group’s (AMG’s) lines of business, including Institutional Asset Management (IAM), PNC Capital Advisors (PCA) and the Investment Office (IO).
• Lead the development and production of various types of content, including thought leadership commentaries, sales support collateral (fact sheets, one-pagers, pitch books) and other mediums, as needed.
• Help develop and implement content strategy efforts for business lines across AMG.
• Serve as managing editor across IO, PCA, IAM by overseeing and coordinating the editorial process and ensuring the overall quality, consistency and coherence of content and its alignment with the firm’s strategic priorities.
• Facilitate content execution among internal partners including business leadership, compliance, marketing, sales, client service, corporate communications and other relevant groups.Preferred Experience/Skills:• Prior asset management and investment industry knowledge
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Extensive experience writing/editing investment-oriented content
• Demonstrated experience and ability to effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to tight timelines
• Experience in financial services/investment marketing and the requisite knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements associated with this specialized marketing
• Proven management experience with demonstrated ability to develop talent
• Experience working with C-level executives and ability to quickly build rapport and trustJob Description
  • Directs strategic planning team to execute initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
  • Identifies strategic opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Defines and oversees the resources for each assigned strategic initiative. Manages the overall strategic initiative to help ensure revenue, expense and other business objectives are met. May define, monitor and use service metrics to assess performance.
  • Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Builds winning teams by providing effective leadership, management and development of employees.

Branding, Change Management, Creative Process, Design Thinking, Innovation, Machine Learning, Personal Initiative, Strategic PlanningRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.No Required Certification(s)No Required License(s)
