What You’ll Do
  • Be aleader and credible activist for your clients, your team and our mission; exertinfluence to create positive change
  • Deliverboth strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers,including performance management, organizational design, learning anddevelopment, compensation programs and employee relations
  • Partnereffectively with HR centers of excellence including Immigration, Compensationand Benefits, Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, and Recruiting
  • Proactivelyidentify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner withmanagement to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Workwith leaders to develop effective organizational structures to driveorganizational health. Consult and coach all levels of management tobuild and serve high performing, diverse and inclusive teams
  • Supportshuman resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate managementpolicies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitivepersonnel communication and records
  • Alignsconduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resourcesleadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactionswith Company employees
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • 5+years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
  • Appliedknowledge of labor laws and statutes for employment with understanding andhands-on application of internal and external HR principles, practices andstandards
  • Resourcefuland self-motivated with ability to work in changing environments
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and makedecisions based on data while drawing from previous experience
  • Demonstratedexperience with coaching employees and management through complex and difficultissues
  • Demonstratedability to effectively partner and collaborate with all levels of theorganization and positively influence teams
