The Position:

As the Senior Lead Manager of Product Portfolio, you will beresponsible for overseeing the strategic management and development of ourworkforce excellence product portfolio. This role requires a seasonedprofessional with a strong blend of leadership, strategic vision, andoperational expertise to drive growth, profitability, and innovation across ourproduct lines.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management, portfolio management, or related roles, with significant experience in leadership positions.
• Background in industrial workforce competency (rescale, upscale, faster onboarding, etc. of the worker)
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable portfolio strategies.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios, driving growth, and delivering financial results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization strategies.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across multiple departments

Key Responsibilites:

Portfolio Strategy Development:

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
• 5+ years experience in the process industries
• Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
