Drive the definition, development and introduction of winning propositions for the market of Image Guided Therapy Systems, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economical value while performing minimal invasive cardiovascular procedures.
Drive definition and maintenance of the optimal portfolio of products/solutions/ /3rd Party offerings/lifecycle and professional services, in line with portfolio marketing strategy, to achieve business ambitions. Define the rollout strategy and drive the global execution of optimized portfolio in collaboration with the regional teams.
Analyze & synthesize data to deliver actionable, impactful & visual recommendations to the business to enable data-driven decision making around portfolio health / Define a data model to evaluate portfolio health and derive actionable recommendations for optimization. Evaluate the output captured in statistical analyses and translate them into insights to inform product portfolio decisions.
Identify key portfolio offerings that need to be discontinued and their impact in regions including Competitive landscape and positioning. Execute portfolio optimization decisions (including bundling, eliminating options, eliminating configurations) in close alignment program management and regions.
Partner with various other marketing stakeholders – Mktg Operations, pricing, and Market intelligence teams to drive decision making.
Contribute to the definition of the integral proposition based on market- and customer insights, including supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets
You're the right fit if:
Master’s degree in marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.
At least 6 years of experience in an international business environment in product marketing or product management in a high-tech (preferably in med tech) environment is required.
Solid understanding of portfolio positioning in markets and their impact on business performance and market share.
Expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/service development (requirement).
Strong conceptual and analytical skills; ability to synthesize business performance data, market and customer feedback and experience with Value Proposition development.
Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks.
Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders in the organization as well as with business partners and customers.
