Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the representative for business users within the Agile Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team by collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate user requirements into clear business user stories, including defining the “Who, What, Why” acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with other Magellan workstreams, strategic integration vendors, Boston Scientific Business Process Leaders (BPLs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Communities of Practice, and IT Solution Architects/Center of Excellence (COE) teams, as well as stakeholders across the network, to build a robust pool of expertise in finance processes and applications.
  • Collaborate with the Training team and site super users, Business Process Leaders (BPLs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop comprehensive training plans for key applications, thereby enhancing the overall knowledge base across the Finance organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, OR 6+ years equivalent professional experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and the broader financial application ecosystem, with a solid understanding of key business processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for team meetings, collaborative project events, and site visits, with a focus on Marlborough, MA, and Arden Hills/Maple Grove, MN, as well as other locations across the finance network.
  • Proven ability to act with integrity and professionalism while building credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability with a capacity to effectively respond to evolving business needs in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
