Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Requirements
- The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are needed for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screening: Microsoft Cloud Background Check - requirement to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check is needed upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders: Engineering, Operations, Planning and Deployment functions
- 10+ years in technical program management and/or operations management in the Enterprise Cloud/Hitech domain
- Experience in leading large-scale programs, and a proven track record of successfully setting up and executing technology/supply chain operational processes ideally in the data center/server deployment domain
- Ability to lead in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes withnfluencing skills and ability to build relationships across multiple layers in the organization
- Proficient with performance analytics, and able to generate quality outputs for an executive audience
- Experience in technical operations deployments and working with engineering organizations across a large technology enterprise
